Qualifications
- Graduated from relevant graduate programs of universities,
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in account management and business development in the B2B travel industry,
- Advanced proficiency in English,
- Proficiency in product distribution and API technology,
- Adaptability to different international dynamics and cultures,
- Proactive, results-driven, innovative, and eager to explore new technologies,
- Analytical, able to make data-driven decisions,
- No travel restrictions.
Job Description
- Actively promote and develop our international distribution channels project,
- Engaging in sales and marketing activities to acquire new business partners and sales channels,
- Follow new applications and trends in the online B2B travel industry, and report new strategy suggestions to the senior manager,
- Manage the onboarding process of new business partners and sales channels; coordinate with legal, finance, technology, product & pricing, and operations units.
- Maintain and develop relationships to enhance the performance of existing business partners & sales channels,
- Ensure the hotel product inventory is current, all products are available for sale, and monitor price & performance,
- Ensure the technology and systems used to distribute products and services are up-to-date, efficient, and effective, and direct technology units for system improvements and enhancements based on feedback from business partners,
- Coordinate with the finance unit to ensure smooth progress of the collection and payment cycle by following up on the reconciliation processes of business partners.
